Transcript Information
Transcript Service
The academic transcript is a copy of the official document on which are listed all ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ courses attempted, all grades assigned, and the degree status of the student. For a fee, a student may request a transcript from our through the National Student Clearinghouse. Official copies of records and transcripts from schools other than ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ must be requested from the institutions where the coursework was completed.
- Please refer to the electronic transcript service for the specific transcript fee.
- Adequate notice of requests (a minimum of 24 hours) is required for transcript processing; however, during peak periods (i.e., registration and final examinations), there will be some delay.
- Transcripts from other institutions provided by the student as a condition of admission become the property of ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ and will not be copied or returned to the student.
All academic records of all students remain the property of ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. The University maintains academic records in accordance with institutional policy and applicable law. ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ may place reasonable restrictions on certain services related to academic records when a student has not met his or her financial obligations to the University, consistent with federal and state requirements. Any such restrictions will be applied in a fair and non-coercive manner and will not prevent a student from accessing information reasonably necessary to understand their academic progress or pursue options to continue their education. Students who have outstanding obligations are encouraged to contact the University to discuss available options for resolving their account. Once obligations are resolved in accordance with University policy, the University will promptly lift applicable restrictions on services related to academic records.

Other School Transcripts
If you need to request your transcripts from another school, you may use this form to send to a previous institution. This form is to be sent to your previous institution(s) and not ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. Please contact your prior institution for their address, rules, and fees.
