Home Our Mission
ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ was founded on Christian principles, and nearly all of our faculty and staff are Christians — but we do not require students to share these beliefs. We welcome learners from all backgrounds, faiths, and walks of life.
What does a Christian environment look like in practice? It shows up in how we treat people. Our Six Pillars of Service Excellence guide every interaction between staff and students: being open and welcoming, acting with full professionalism, communicating with respect, and maintaining personal integrity in everything we do. Ethics are also woven into every single course — and every degree requires an ethics class.
As Dr. Carol Palmer, University President, explains: “It’s how we conduct ourselves.” Values like honesty, teamwork, trust, kindness, and respect aren’t religious requirements — they’re the foundation of a quality education and a strong career.
