The Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting is ideal for �Ӱɴ�ý students who desire to increase their knowledge and skills in this specialty field. The curriculum focuses on foundations of the field of forensic accounting and creating skills necessary to assist in analyzing and investigating fraud. The certificate provides students an opportunity to gain foundational skills to be successful in the Forensic Accounting field.

After the successful completion of the four courses, students will not only have mastered competencies required for forensic accounting fields, but will also have completed 12 hours of college credit toward a degree.  This certificate may be completed online with one of the University’s graduate degrees.

Students completing a Forensics Accounting Certificate will be able to:

• Comprehending the fundamental ideas and underlying concepts of forensic accounting and fraud examination.
• Employing fraud detection techniques to identify fraudulent schemes.
• Identifying inconsistencies in expectations of financial reporting results.
