The curriculum focuses on the fundamental skills necessary to display professionalism, emotional intelligence, and other career-building skills to include: communication, team building, time management, conflict resolution, adaptability, critical thinking, work ethic, problem-solving, and leadership. After the successful completion of the four courses, students will not only have mastered competencies required for soft skills within organizations, but will also have completed 12 hours of college credit toward a degree. This certificate may be completed online and in conjunction with seven of the University’s undergraduate degrees.
